Steers Sandton Poor Service and Lack of Client Centricity

Ordered a meal today a Steers Sandton City using the the Steers App at 14h10 and the meal arrive just after 3pm. The burger and chips were squashed as though heavy items were placed on top of my meal. The food was cold and dry (especially the chips). The shop forgot to pack my cooldrink and had to wait until 17h06 before it was eventually delivered. The person who delivered my food was very rude when I asked where my drink was when he initially delivered my food saying it was not his problem, he just collected the food and does not work for Steers. Yet there was a slip on the package that said the meal goes with a drink. I am honestly shocked by the service I received from Steers Sandton City. The cashier who assisted was Keith Mthombeni, who was not pleasant to deal with as he also would leave the phone unattended while I was enquiring why my drink was not included. The delivery guy's name is Lulama Sikhosana according to the True Caller App.
