Steers Sandton

I ordered I/4 chicken from steers Sandton. The chicken was spoiled and smelling off , I called Sandton steers they told me that their spice taste spoiled the question is why are they still using the spice and the chicken was dry " where was the spice ? . I wasted R57 of my money on the spoiled food.
