STEERS SAM NTULI KATLEHONG

I have ordered from this branch 3 times and all 3 times I have been disappointed. The 1st time they didn't refund my order after declining after receiving payment for my order of R80, I didn't worry too much as it was just R80. The 2nd time I placed an order at 17:00pm only to receive my order at 21:30pm due to not enough drivers. On Saturday, the 3rd of June 2023 I tried to give them another chance only for them to take my payment of R364.60 and decline my order due to "loadshedding" yet loadshedding was suspended for the whole weekend. They stores staff is disrespectful and spoke in zulu to me fully well understanding that I can not understand them and dropped the phone in my ear. I gave it until Monday the 5th and they said my refund will take 5 working days. I have still not received my refund and now its being escalated where I have to wait for another 5 working days! This is pathetic customer service as I would not have received any food from the store had I not paid them but yet they take my money and send me around wasting my airtime to follow up on my money. The store managers have a stinking attitude and don't give a damn about their customers!
