On the 25/03/2026 I ordered the Wacky Wednesday online deal. My order never arrived however the money was deducted from my account. It’s been an uphill battle and hell getting my refund or having someone update me. They say it was processed on the 06/04/2026 but nothing has come into my account. I have to keep following up. It’s a tedious exercise. No one has been able to tell me why I never received my order and now my refund is another story with no resolution or accountability from anyone. I will never order from this Steers again. It’s literally a month later and still nothing, all I’m fed is excuses and to wait.
