Steers rock hard Chicken burgers

Our company are regulars at Steers Grosvenor Crossing on most Wednesdays.

We have been experiencing the worst quality in food from there as it either gets delivered ice cold or it looks like the burgers were put together by a 3 year old.

I am fed up and disgusted by todays order. The chicken burgers we received are rock hard and not edible. I hope this Steers gets shut down as they don't deserve any customers to eat their horrible food.
