Steers ****roach burger

I am disappointed in Steers . Last Month end of Feb I posted a complaint on their website and posted a pic and my slip . The pic included a king steers burger with a ****roach found under the bottom bun . Its end of March no one has contacted me . Steers is expensive and I dont think it's right that customers should pay for a ****roach burger
