Steers ripp off

They are sending us messages saying they are open, we should order online. I have an online profile, so I ordered lunch for the family and paid online. An hour went by no delivery, second hour no delivery. I tried calling them, I couldn't get through. I then decided to go there being forced to violate the lockdown rule, sadly when I got there I found out that they are closed. When I asked around, I was told that I am not the only one. Is Steers trying to RIPP us off to make up for their loss during lockdown? Its is sad what Steers is doing we only had so much and would have loved to spoil the children but opportunists are out there looking as ways to **** innocent people during lockdown.
