Steers Ribs - Prime *******.

Bought Ribs and chips last night at Fish Hoek Steers. Price R249.90 for 600g ribs and chips as shown on the electronic menu board. Opened them at home and the portion looked pretty small. Put it on the scale and it was 407 g including basting. That is not a slip up - that is more like theft. Checked the website this morning and they state "+- 550 g." Which is it and why does it fall so far short of the advertised weight? Really disappointed. Chips portion was fine and ribs were good but at 600 g the price is R410 per kg. At the 407 g served, the price is R610 per kg. Come on guys - that is daylight ******* -- 32% *******!
