Steers Queenstown service

On the 20th of September I was traveling by bus to Johannesburg, hungry then my sister n I stopped in Queenstown to grab something to eat at steers. Asked the lady that was serving us how long the order would take and she said 10 minutes tops. So we ordered and waited for more than 20 minutes, until the bus had to leave. We asked for a refund but not given and I called when I got to the bus and they told me the manager was off and I should call on Monday, called on Monday and they said she was still not there. I left my number and it's Wednesday today and still no feedback. I am not happy at all.
