Steers Queensburgh useless branch

Steers Queensburgh what a useless branch. I place an order at 17:56, at 19:40 I call the call center to find out where my order is and the lady says she will call the store and find out and call me back. It's now 8pm and after wasting so much airtime trying to call the store and the call center I can't get ahold of anyone. It's way too late to deliver food now. I just want a refund and will never buy from Steers again.
