STEERS QUEENS CORNER Poor service.

Several times i've tried to order online telephonically through call centre no *** by getting told QUEENS CORNER STEERS are offline and have complained many times and the Manager told me he switches the service off due to limited staff? Its the ONLY STEERS in my area but i'm fed up with that store and their staff are rude. I support ENGEN HATFIELD and they give great service.
