Steers Protea Glen service

I ordered online from Steers Protea Glen Mall and I haven’t received my order in 2 hours and I called and they made excuses about the driver having too many orders to deliver. What’s crazy is I live less than 10 minutes away from the store and got a call an hour ago stating my delivery has gone out and is heading my way. The service at Steers Protea Glen Mall sucks as they didn’t answer my calls I had to contact Debonaires just to get to them. I am extremely disappointed.
