Steers Protea Glen is ******... Unacceptable, very very angering

I ordered online for a meal at Steers Protea Glen on Saturday 16/05/2020, today it's Monday 18/05/2020 which was confirmed by the store on call, but the order never arrived.

What's worse is that the store telephone just rings and never gets answered. When I call customer care service they tell me that they will forward to the store, how will they do this if the store is unavailable?

This is an order of R317.70 including a delivery of R15.00, I paid for a service that was never rendered...

This is unacceptable, waiting 2 days for fast food... It should be called slow food.
