Steers Poor, very poor

Steers in hartenbos is becoming more pathetic as time goes on. Every time an order is placed you wait more than an hour, hour and a half and delivery orders get prioritised, you can cleary see it happen in front of you. Clients in store and online orders coming to collect pack up in the +15 in most cases and they wait while delivery orders run out the door quicker that flash. Twice now after collecting our order. Getting home and already eating it, we get a phonecall, did you receive your order? We dont know if you where here or not.... We dont know if we made it or not. Like what! How am I even getting this phonecall? No other steers is like this. What is going on? Service is super slow and it seems like complete chaos!
