Steers poor service delivery

I ordered online on the Steers App and sent the order to restaurant (Steers Melville) which they accepted, I then received an SMS confirmation and email that my order was being prepared. So I waited, an hour passed and I had not received a call to notify me that my delivery was on the way or had arrived, I then proceeded to call them the call was not answered I tried again a few moments later and still no answer. I then tried to see if I could track the order back on the app only to be shown the the restaurant was closed! They didn't even bother to notify me, I'm gravely disappointed.
