Steers Poor Service

Good Day.

on 1 June 2021. i placed an order on the steers app for Steers Protea Glen to deliver for my kids who are in Mdeni South.

The store gets back at me at 18:32 to tell me they do not deliver to the areas. the sales lady was rude and told me i will get reimbursed my money in 7 working days .

I would like Steers to know that their brand is being tarnished by poor service from the franchise as my kids slept without enjoying their burgers. Worse it was a special day for my son. Whom i got the prince burger for and the other four burger meal was for his 4 sisters.

If Steers does not resolve this. I will make sure none of my family ever shops at their franchise and sister franchises
