Steers: POOR service!

We ordered food at 18h30...our order was wrong and we have phoned four times. The cool drink was missing from our order. The delivery man arrived at 20h05 with one buddy of cool drink... we had ordered TWO. Your service is POOR! Waiting so long for cool drink with not so much as an apology or a way of rectifying your mistake! This is ridiculous!
