Steers Plettenberg Bay bad delivery service

Today I ordered food and it was delivered to my house but after I paid and the car had left I realized they did not put in everything I ordered. I called them and notified them and they said the item I'm missing was left behind but they will deliver it soon. I have been waiting for 40min for them to bring my order. The shop is 2.88km from my house so it should not take that long to deliver something they forgot. This is my second bad experience ordering food from steers. The last time I ordered my food was delivered to the wrong house and I was not notified.
