Steers Phillip nel park

So yesterday afternoon we put in an order for steers phillipnel park. 1 hour later i phoned to ask what's happening with the delivery, they told me to wait another half an hour. Fine. 2 hours later i phoned again but no answer... Eventually after 3 hours my husband decided to go to the steers. When he got there they first tell him the order has been sent out,then after 15min they say o no there was never an order???? I have an order number,received an message from the store saying they received my order and received an email stating that my order is being prepared...***???? What's going on, i know where under lockdown but isn't this the reason to actually provide people with your service to get an income????
