Steers Philani Valley is Disappointing.

Placed an online order at Steers Philani Valley on Friday the 30th of June at 17h41 for a 'Get Real Double Up' and the store called me a few minutes later to say that they don't have big buns so they will be using small buns for the order as they are all snackburgers anyway. I proceeded to place another order at 17h53 for x2 King Steers Burgers. About 30 minutes later we get a call from the store and its the delivery guy asking for directions, we give him but an hour passes and we receive nothing. We try calling to no avail. The delivery guy ends up arriviving at 20h30 during load shedding with the 2 order but 1 receipt. He hands us the order and we check it to find that it is wrong. He asks us to call the store and we tell him the number isn't going through so he gives us the store managers number. I call the manager and tell her the order is wrong but she doesn't believe me, was so dismissive and asks to speak to the driver who then confirms that the order is actually wrong. She insists that the driver leaves the order with us but we refuse and tell him to return it to the store. He leaves with the wrong order and we wait for his return but he doesn't. Till today, I haven't received a call from them, an apology or my money.
