Steers Philani Valley

Steers in Umlazi Philani Valley always has apologies to give. The first time I ordered, they forgot something in the order. It took them almost an hour to deliver and another hour for them to deliver the forgotten item. The second time it’s took another hour and 30minutes for them to deliver and every time we call they apologize and that’s it. They don’t explain the long wait. This is a fast food chain last time I checked. However it’s just never that. I also always have an issue with ordering food from them at my other address which is in Usection. An address that Is very much an address Steers Philani Valley should be delivering to because we are close but it never happens. However I do know for a fact that they do deliver to addresses which are much further than my second address. Steers Philani Valley is a joke.
