Steers Penford has NO Customer Care

I send an email to Steers via website on 13 Feb to complain about the wrong order we recieved etc on the 9th of Feb. A month later (13 March) Penford Steers phone me and the lady said she has been struggling to get hold of me. Yet when I checked my call log that was the 1st time I received a call (even missed calls) from them. She asked my side of the complained which I shared with her. She said she will add my number to whatsapp that day (13/3) & send me a msg telling me it is Steers Penford. She said she has to go check the video footage and by the weekend the matter will be sorted. She said she will replace our meal and when she gets back to me by weekend we will arrange for this. She also asked if she could close the case on the HQ site as she is getting calls from there to handle the issue. I said yes in good faith as she was going to send a WhatsApp and by the weekend it would be sorted. Yet we are now on 3 April and she has not added me on whatsapp or send me a msg. She has not called to arrange and sort out this issue. I am so mad at the lack of service. We don't buy takeaways often and then to have this bad experience. We won't be buying from Steers again and I will tell anybody who asks not to buy from Steers
