STEERS PAY BACK MY MONEY

I ordered food through the steers App at Sky City Mall on the 20th of March, The order was accepted and I paid for it,2 hours passed and when I called to find out why my order is not delivered yet,I was informed that the store is closed and that they did not close their online channel and that I would get my redund, 2 months later I have not yet received my money

If there is anyone who can assist ,I've logged complaints and called ,to date no one has contacted me,my complaint numbers are Refund-Case numbers CAS-***-C3N0V7, CAS-***-B3R6W4,CAS-***-Y4R0H5
