STEERS PAVILLION - INCORRECT ORDER

I visited the Steers branch in Pavillion shopping mall on 24/03/2020. I ordered and paid for a King Steer burger. However, when I reached home that they had given me a steak burger. I understand that this is human error, however, I would like this to be rectified immediately.
