Steers pathetic service and food

I'm disgusted by the service I received 20 October at brackenfell shopping centre old paarl road steers. I arrived at the store at 21:55. I don't usually buy steers but I went there as it was he only open take aways store. So I came inside and don't know the menu while I'm looking at the menu the cashier Yonelwa starts to rush me and tells me I've got 2 minutes to place my order. I then got agitated and just left her. When I went to place my order for for burgers and xlarge fries another cashier tells me there's no fries. I then lost it and told them that they must make my fries as I'm going to lodge a complaint as I don’t care if its few minutes before closing time. They need to have stock ready until the store is closed.. I looked to the back and the guy that had to make the chips was in casual clothes with a shorts and a shirt/sweater. He wasn't wearing any head net as they usually do. He seemed upset and was giving me a stare throughout the time while I was waiting on my meal. This was the worst experience I ever had at any take away outlets. Besides the fact that I received terrible service I came home and my burgers were not fresh. I'm really so disappointed in my experience. I don't think I'll visit steers again.

to top it all off i wrote to steers on the 20th already and no call bakcs received.
