Steers pathetic service accompanied by lies

Abysmal services I placed an order with Uber eats for Steers at Midstream I ordered the king steer combo meal with large chips and a 1L drink (I selected sprite as it is an option on the app) as well as two sides of fries with toppings, one with Jalapeño and the other with bacon

Upon delivery I found that both of the boxes of fries were completely destroyed The bacon topping fries had a teas**** size piece of bacon with it One of the burgers had both the top and bottom bun on top The patties and condiments were a messy ball of mush underneath A coke was delivered instead of the sprite

I then phoned steers directly and told them about the issue I was then informed that the entire order would be replaced free of charge

I waited a few hours so that I could collect the order for dinner, I phoned the branch and asked to speak to the same floor manager and explained the situation again and asked if they could prepare the order so I could come collect it

I was then asked what was wrong with the order and what needed to be replaced Only to be told that they would now only give me the drink and the bacon topping fries

Pathetic service around the issue with over half an hour spent on the phone with them attempting to explain the problem A promise was made to replace the order, then they back pedal and tell me that they can only do a select few items (in this case 2)
