Steers pathetic service

Ordered a chicken burger and came home to find a beef burger instead. My son had started eating it when he realized it was beef which is against my religion to eat. My husband called the manager who was casual about it. Took it back and started an argument with him. All he could say was that mistakes happen. The store was extremely quiet. This was pure negligence! My son was highly upset. He has not consumed beef since birth.
