Steers Pathetic service

I have ordered online @ 18.50 when the order was accepted by the store. Delivery came exactly 2 hours late. I never accepted their order. I foned the store twice. Not once did the store fone to say the order will be late. And when the driver arrived only then the store foned because I declined the order. Manager at the store blames the rain. I own part of a franchise in food as well. Wen it rains I give the driver the vehicle (car) to do deliveries. S****** stays at the shop.

This is steers lenasia at signet terrace. Service is really pathetic. No proper conduct at all. So willing to take all the orders but can't deliver. Really sad.

I will never in my life ever again support steers. If one store can be like this I can imagine the others.

I'm done with steers.
