Steers-Pathetic quality of food

Absolutely dissappointed with the quality of food at the steers in Springfield Park, Durban. Food was cold and stale too. When we complained, food was taken to reheat twice but still came back cold. Chips were poor quality too. Just because this is a fast food restaurant doesn't mean we have to accept such low quality food, after all we are paying for it. The standards and quality of steers has really dropped, this is not the first time I received such poor quality food.
