Steers pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service... 6 staff members are busy having their own conversation at the counter... I was standing at the till, waiting to order and i was ignored for over 2 minutes...this is unacceptable... They are all still having a very loud conversation and ignored another 2 customers.... They are shouting...singing... Dancing...and laughing loudly... I will never come to this branch again....
