Steers Parow Centre Disgrace

My girlfriend and I ordered two Grilled cheese burgers at STEERS PAROW CENTRE. There after we made our way to the cienema where we were ready to enjoy our burgers, to realise, the burgers were ice cold. We then threw the burgers away as we were in a hurry because our movie started already. After our movie we went back to STEERS PAROW CENTRE to let them know of their poor quality of burgers. Expecting nothing but an apology for the cold burgers. Instead we got a disrespectful employee, Siseko, who took our order when we purchased the burgers. We then ask to see his manager and I explain and she had no managerial qualities as she dismissed my complaint and expected me to go scratch in the bin for the burgers because she wanted proof (we had the slip of proof of purchase) she then threatened to call security on me. She then threw her hands up and walked away while i was still trying to explain the situation to her. I then left very upset as all I wanted was an apology as I am a regular customer after all. I will not be returning to STEERS PAROW CENTRE again. Customer service, still waiting on you to get back to me.
