Steers Parow branch disgusting

Order a burger at steers Parow branch and found a ****roach\Fly in inside the burger on the patty which looks like it was cooked with the meat. I informed the lady at the counter and she offered me another burger which I did not accept. She did not apologize and it’s completely unhygienic and I will never eat at steers again!
