Steers - Parkview

Good Day

I would like to express my disgust with the shocking service I have received recently from Steers Parkview.

I placed an order on the 10 October @17:43 and when my order arrived it was wrong. Then it took over 90 mins to bring me my missing 2 burgers and again they were the wrong burgers.

Today I get a call from a Manager to say they are so sorry for the terrible service I received and would like to offer me 2 burger and chips on the house and asked when this can delivered. I said to deliver it today 14 October at 15:00 and guess what. No burgers or chips. I called the branch twice of which Karabo put the phone down in my ear and the second time I called they said the Manager would call me back and guess what, still no phone call.

I have never in my life received such terrible service where you’re quick to take my money but not deliver or fix the stuff up you’ve made. This branch is a joke. You need to replace the staff at Parkview or do something as I won’t ever be ordering again.

I will also be posting this on Hello Peter as I believe people need to know where to spend their hard earned money and where not too and Parkview Steers is not one of them.
