Steers parkview

This is the second time I recieve terrible service from Steers next to Parkview in Pretoria. First time there was no one to assist me. I had to wait 12 min before someone cane from the back to take my order. Yesterday I orderd cheesychips. I received 2 drops of cheesy sauce. When I complained they did not charge me for nomal chips. They simply said that how should they have known that they would run out of cheesy sauce. Steers will bot see me again and I will not refer someone to order with them.
