Steers Ormonde terrible service!!

On the 2 Dec i placed an order at 19.03pm. At 19.07pm i received an sms confirming that my order has been placed successfully with Steers Ormonde. When i placed the order I requested to know how long my order would take for delivery and the lady confirmed 45mins. At 20.01pm I called to confirm if my order has left and the guy said yes it left long ago. Bare in mind it has now been 2mins short of an hour which i was ok with. At 20.23pm still no order received and nobody can tell me how far my order is nor is there any urgency or need for customer service. Eventually at 20.50pm my order arrives and by this time i was furious because firstly my order was a few minutes short of 2hrs late. After speaking to the call centre staff as well as the staff at the store I made them aware that I will not be paying for the food as my kids are miserable as hell coz they were beyond hungry. The staff member apologized and that was the end of the conversation. The driver came left the food and i told him to speak to his manager coz im not paying for the order due to their mess up. They sent cold oily chips which nobody could eat and i ended up throwing it away. The burgers where tasteless as well. At 21.25pm a rude female called me and asked me what happened why didnt i pay for the food and i told here and her response was in her exact words 'like really' and she cut the call while i was speaking to her. Today I get a surprise visit from the driver in his work attire accompanied by the cops who layed a charge against me for theft. Let it be known that the driver was paid cash including a tip today and yes I have to appear in court tomorrow. So heres the thing... Steers Ormonde provides absolutely terrible service and takes no responsibility for their poor customer service as well as rude staff and management. Never ever will i buy from this branch ever again or support the brand because it seems that as long as they get their money they dont give a damn about anything else.
