Steers online/telephonic ordering is pathetic!!
After 1.5 hours I called them and they claim the driver had already returned because I wasn't there. The idiot didn't even bother to give me a call after I had left my cell number when ordering! Then they tell me that they've dispatched another driver almost 2 hours later. <br> <br> Steers online ordering is pathetic man! Can't do so via their website. McDonald's not my favourite but 10 times easier to order online from their website! Struggled to locate a store on the website had to call Famous Brands call centre to assist in just finding a damn store never mind placing my order. And dear god the telephone operator is just the worst to talk to!! The store is sooo loud in the background he can barely hear me. It's such a miserable process! Of which I intend never to go through again. <br> <br> NEVER AGAIN!! and now writing this angry email because so damn hungry! Will stick with the horrible food from McD's, at least I know I'll get it then.
