Steers online Sky City Mall ... Service from hell!

I'm disappointed with the Steers workers at Sky City Mall... What an appalling service!! Absolutely no consideration for the customers... I placed an order yesterday, which was in fact accepted! A day later, still no order! No call, no explanation! Nothing!
