Steers online misleading !!!!!!!!

<p>I am highly annoyed at the fact that I placed an order online this evening, paid online ... only to be called that Chris Hani Mall doesn't deliver to Dawn park. So my question is and what irritates me the most is WHY was that not mentioned online when I put in my address, that way I just don't place the order to begin and why is it that the Steers in my area - Dawn Park isn't available online because all of this could have been avoided. I must say however, that the lady at Steers tried to make arrangements with the Steers in Dawn Park to have them deliver my order but no one was picking up the phone and now I'm having to give people my account number so they can refund my money back, which I hope I do get. I am very unhappy.</p>
