Steers on Rick Turner Road opposite UKZN must fall

Steers Glenwood (the one on Rick Turner road, opposite UKZN) is disgusting. The staff members there have so much attitude, its ridiculous. I bought a daddy'sdeal voucher for steers more than a month ago. I went to steers to use it this one time and I was told it's already too late for me to use a voucher (yet there are no specified cutoff times on the voucher itself) so I had to pay cash. I went there again today to use the same voucher, I waited for like 10 mins because the person who can redeem it was busy so she eventually showed up and after another 10 mins she told me that they are struggling to redeem the voucher so I have to come back another time. The whole time she was talking to me, she had this condescending attitude, she told me not to give up; I should hold on to my voucher because maybe one day I will be lucky!!! Like is she serious? She made me feel like a charity case, like I had came to beg them for food. Can the staff at this store be trained on how to handle customers please!!! They are always angry and tired, its just annoying.
