STEERS OH DEARS!!

I bought a double rack of ribs and a salad for the outrageous price of R329. It was a disgusting piece of meat - just bones and sinews. After complaining with proof of photos that I took we eventually got a voucher from them for R140. I wanted to use it to buy a whole chicken and chips - was told that they do not have it - but the man-sized advertising boards stared us in the face. Went back again on the promise that they would have it the next day - the so called whole chicken was cut up in pieces - like dog food - parts of burnt wing tips, bones and wings with bones hanging onto it. Back to complaints department. Getting quick replies from them by now - eish! The "whole chicken" picture is only for reference purposes. So if someone advertises a car - I might just get the steering wheel and 2 tyres. Ridiculous! I must give the person who handled my complaint some credit here. He admitted their mistakes eventually and offered to replace it with a whole chicken - which I guess would take me two more trips to the store. One, for not knowing anything about this refund and another one to hopefully get a in-one-piece-chicken. Suggestion: watch some Customer Service Videos or change your suppliers.
