Steers not good food at all

I am very dissatisfied with steers, I have not ordered food from them in a long time because of the way the food is packed a year ago out food was Al messy in our bags and containers and did not taste great, now this weekend thinking this might have changed but no still the same the burger was ice cold and the fries were very salty and not fresh! For the price I paid it was not worth it at all what a disappointment!
