Steers Northmead Square

Wednesday 25 June I placed a order online to be picked up at Northmead Square.

Order was placed at 16:36. Pickup time was 17:45.

When I got there the order was most probably ready BUT the lady that was giving out the orders was too busy building a tower with all the orders that is supposed to go out to the waiting customers. I stood there trying to get my order until 18:30 with no success. I left without it even tho I paid online for it.

Yes they were busy but a hour to make it and another 45 minutes and I still didn't get it? That is beyond pathetic.
