Steers no response

I placed on order via the steers app on Wednesday 26 August. My order included 2 prince chicken burgers but I recieved 2 prince beef burgers. To make matters worse the Broadacres steers store even called to confirm the order via phone and they still got my order wrong. I made a complaint on the same day and got an automated response saying it would take 1 buisness day for a response. Today is Monday 31 August and I have not gotten any feedback from anyone.
