Steers no more - cheers

On the 10th Feb, I purchased a beef and cheese pita and chips with cheese sauce and jalapeno's from Steers Cape Gate. It seems to be a general problem now that they do not understand that people prefer their food hot when purchasing from fast food joint. The food always is cold, which means it was pre-prepped, and just thrown together at the last minute. I always try to be positive and expect the best, however it has become difficult lately as you always have to take the food back and explain why you want it hot as if everyone expects it to be cold. Then they try and salvage it by grilling the whole package or putting it under the salamander, rather than making you the food properly and fresh - no understanding of proper customer service. I have always enjoyed Steers, but this experience(probably the 10th time in the last six months) has made me decide that I don't need this anymore in my life. Steers has a responsibility to train their people properly, and they either do not do it or the people simply get lazy. And now I have had enough of it. Cheers Steers, I am not going back.
