Steers - No Good

We went to steers on the 20/07/2015 and when we walked in we saw on the steers window there is a special to buy 4 burgers and chips for R100 when we asked for the special the lady didn't know anything about the special, so i walked to the window and took of the advert and showed her. She then told me there is no special like that and i asked her why would they advertise when it doesn't exist so she said on top of the advert is reads they are open during load shedding so thats the reason for the advert, after fighting the manager also said there is no such special so we ordered somehing else. Then the cashier walked with the advert and put it up against the window agian?The special doesn't exist but she puts it back? We went back to steers yesterday 02/08/2015 and saw the advert still in the window but knew they wouldn't listen, so we continued to buy other food but when we ordered a brat pack for my son they said the toys are finished so i asked do they give us another price as it says chips, burger and toy, and she said no. So now i ask must we just accept how steers work and not complain? if i didn't have enough money to buy a brat pack they wouldn't say lets leave the toy????
