Steers Newmarket DT

Decided to use the drive through at steers newmarket mall, ordered a big bacon king steer combo and a prince burger combo, hadto repeat the order 5 times as the lady could not understand my simple order. Get to the pay windows and she tells me '' just wait im busy talking'' when i asked to pay by card (i assume talking to the next customer by the order intercom) wait a few minutes to pay and drive to the collection windows. I waited another 5 or so minutes and our bag containing our order was handed to me. I drove home and looked at the food. Both the patties of the prince and big bacon king steer burgers were raw completely still pink. I also noticed the was no bacon on my BIG BACON KING STEER. Threw my food in the bin and wasted my money

1. the staff were rude. 2. The order was incorrect after repeating it 5 times. 3. The food was raw. 4. I have pictures of the raw patty

I will not support this branch again. Very sad as i have received excellent service at other branches
