Steers Newclare is the most useless bunch of employees, we opt to do the online orders, cause we feel it is less problems, shame we were fooled. Placed an order online at 12:45, at 13:40 the order has still not been delivered, and just by the way, i literally live 5 minutes away by car. when i called them they told me the order was with the driver on its way, at 14:15 the order was still not here, when i called and made a big noise, they told me they will call the driver to find out how far the order is, and that they will call me back, at 14:30 still no call and still no food, as i placed the order online i couldnt cancel it due to the inconvenience of having my money replaced. Now it is 14:35 and my order comes, the driver tells me that they made a new order cause they dont know where the initial driver is with my order. this is alot of bull. WORSE EVER
