Steers new market alberton serving customers deep friend **** and expired ice-cream

I literally don't have the words. On Saturday, 11 April 2026, I ordered a classic cheeseburger and two plain ice cream cones at the Steers drive-through at Newmarket Mall in Alberton for my brother and me. We went to the drive-through window, got our ice creams, and drove off. As we were both eating our ice cream, we noticed it tasted sour and concluded it must be expired. Obviously, we weren't okay with that, so we drove back to Steers and went inside. I spoke to the lady taking orders and told her that I had just ordered ice cream and that it was sour. I said that serving me expired ice cream is disgusting and asked for a refund. She and a bunch of other workers who were there went and tasted the ice cream directly from the machine, and they all concluded that yes, the ice cream did have a sour taste, after which they gave me a refund. When I got home to eat the rest of my meal, I was eating the chips that came with my burger, and as I was eating, I tasted something very potent. I immediately spat it out, and when I looked at what I had eaten and tasted it, I concluded that what I had just bitten into was faeces. Literal ****. Literal **** that was deep fried along with the chips. Whose or what **** i had just bitten into I don't know, but I was absolutely disgusted.

In case anyone is asking how I know that what I bit into was **** once you bite into **** and taste it, you would IMMEDIATELY know that it is **** I am absolutely disgusted. I can literally still taste the **** in my mouth as I'm typing this. I will not be ordering food from that place anymore, and I would strongly advise anyone reading this not to either. Their hygiene and health and safety standards are clearly not good if they served me expired, sour ice cream and somehow a piece of **** was deep-fried and served to me.
