Steers N1 City - DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely disappointed in the service as well as the food that was served. When i ordered my food the woman at the till was extremely nonchalant about communicating my order to the kitchen staff (my order had extras). I waited over 45 mins for my food i was getting extremely hungry and i went to check on my food as i stood and waited, i watched my food go back and forth from the front back to the kitchen because they kept getting the order wrong it went back 4 times. When the food finally arrived. I took my burger box out the packet only to feel that the bottom of the box was busy falling apart because it was wet, i then proceeded to open the box to find that my burger bun was the most soggiest burger bun i have ever seen. I wasn't even able to handle the burger. It looked like soup at the bottom of my burger box and boyfriend's burger bun was burnt but because we were so hungry from waiting so long we had to make it work. We were loyal customers to Steers in N1 city. After that I don't think i want to go back there again. I feel that i wasted my money.
