Steers mvoti (bad service)

We had come from a long and troubled trip with my family from Empangeni and ran pass the mvoti plaza steers (Exit from stanger) to relax our mind off (Expenses paid) , the saddest part is I had always thought of steers being the best not realizing that I would ever come across such service from the entity, however this is what went down: My mum and dad are Indians and I'm black (African) , knowing some Indian culture some do not eat beef and pork and we one of them, we needed to fill our stomach with a smooth beautiful meal, we looked at the menu at the front desk we saw the R199 (4 Burgers ) special. Issue was that we needed the patties to be either mutton or chicken. Now it was time to get information: I spoke to a lady at a till point German cut (Mahogany Red) coloured short hair who was very rude and stood at till point and did nothing whatsoever to assist, we then decided to eat in, we were assisted by a lady name ayanda if I recall who dragged her feet to assist, we looked that over, we ordered 1 Lemon mint milkshake, 1 hot chocolate , Creme soda this is what we received in about 10 to 15 minutes time: 1 lemon mint milkshake (correct) 1 Creme soda (correct) and 1 chocolate milkshake (wrong). Ayanda played a mistake emotional ********* card on us, the main order came through with little chips cause we had decided to go with quarter leg chicken special, the chicken looked old dry, chips burnt and drrrrryyy and the meal was actually cold, I wanted to loose it, I tried to be as calm as possible for other customers. It was the worst experience in my entire life, never ever again will I be supporting this kind of service madness ohhhh no, never.
